Full horse training and development

Full Training & Development

LAM Dressage offers a full training program for horses from young prospects through FEI, designed to develop confident, capable athletes. Specifically, this is a program for owners who value long-term success and correct development above short-term results.

Each horse in our program receives:

  • A structured, individualized training plan
  • Professional rides focused on correct basics and rideability
  • Development of strength, balance, and collection
  • Above all, a careful attention to mental confidence and soundness

Full training board includes professional training rides, program oversight, and most importantly, integration into a competitive development pathway.

Competition & Show Coaching

Professional competition rides and coaching support are provided for clients actively pursuing recognized competition; furthermore, by combining expert coaching with individualized conditioning plans, Leslie Ann thoughtfully prepares horses for the demands of high-level dressage

Services include:

  • Competition rides at rated shows
  • On-site coaching and warm-up support
  • Test riding and performance refinement
  • Strategic show planning and goal setting

Whether competing on your behalf or coaching from the ground, the focus remains the same. Therefore, every performance is prepared, confident, and built on a solid foundation.

LAM private coaching and individualized guidance

Private Coaching

Private lessons are available for riders with their own horses who are committed to progressing within a correct and systematic training program; moreover, these sessions are designed to provide individualized guidance that supports steady, structured development. In addition, they ensure that both horse and rider continue to build skills with clarity and consistency throughout their training journey.

Benefits of private lessons:

  • Lessons are offered on-site and through travel
  • Open to riders developing horses from young horse through FEI
  • Additional focus on building feel, clarity, and long-term effectiveness

Please note: Lesson horses are not available; therefore, all clients must provide their own horse.

LAM Dressage provides guidance in sourcing, developing, and representing quality horses suited for competitive goals; moreover, each step of the process is carefully managed to align the horse’s natural abilities with the rider’s long-term objectives.

We assist clients in:

  • Developing young horses within a structured program
  • Representing select sales horses
